My wife asked: ‘What’s got you excited?

→ I cracked the code on video learning

I’m sitting at my desk this morning, coffee still steaming, when I have this random thought: “What if I could use my Book-to-Action system on a video instead of just books?”

My brain is going, “This is either brilliant or completely crazy…”

So I grab a 9-minute storytelling video from YouTube and decide to test it. I’m thinking, “Let’s see if this actually works or if I’m just procrastinating.”

Step 1) Get the transcript
I open Gemini and type: “Transcribe [youtube video url]”
One minute later - boom. Full transcript sitting in front of me.

Step 2) Extract and transform
I fire up my Book-to-Action assistant, paste the transcript, and say “Let’s get a book to action.”

Three minutes pass. I’m leaning forward, watching the AI work its magic.

The Result?
A complete analysis with personalized insights, concrete action steps, AND a detailed 5-Element Storytelling Framework that I can immediately use in my learning program.

I literally sit back in my chair and exhale slowly. “That was insane speed.”

Ten minutes total. From random video to actionable strategy that will improve my entire 9-week program.

My wife walks by and asks, “What’s got you so excited?”

I turn to her and say, “I just turned a YouTube video into a storytelling AI assistant in less time than it takes to make breakfast.”

Too fast? Too much?
Or exactly what knowledge workers need in 2025?

Have fun exploring the Book-to-Action in detail with:

P.S. I’ll share the video and the resulting Summary note in the comments
