I grew from 3k followers in July to 5k today.
Looks great? But in reality I STRUGGLED.
I’m at LinkedIn for about 11 years.
Only since the beginning of 2024
⇢ I was posting on LinkedIn daily
⇢ Investing 2-3 hours per post
⇢ On a wide range of topics
→ But my growth was stagnant.
→ No engagement. No comments. No likes.
→ Some impressions, but with friendlier algorithm.
I was in doubt. I nearly gave up.
